Infusion guide

Use 1 x heaped TEAspoon per cup required

Place in pot

Add boiling water.

Allow to infuse for 4-6 minutes.

Strain into a cup and enjoy.

Note: This herbal infusion can be bitter to the taste and many customers add a sweetener of their choice to help offset this.,
