Orders are sent using Royal Mail1st class delivery or 24 business hour courier.
Orders are normally picked/ packed within a maximum of 48 Business hours from payment.
This period can vary at peak business times.
Peak times are normally November/December and during Bank holiday periods.
Once your payment is received and cleared, your order will be despatched as soon as possible.
Note: eCheque payments are exactly the same as ordinary cheque payments and take the same amount of time to clear through the bank.

PROCESSING AND DESPATCH TIMES
We have a business mail collection each day Monday to Friday, our order picking/packing premises are closed on Saturday/Sunday and during Bank holiday periods.
All orders received on a Friday will normally be processed on the Monday following (if not a Bank holiday) for despatch on Tuesday.
As stated below, once an order is collected from us by Royal Mail/ courier, then we have no control over its delivery times.
Royal Mail delivery times:
Please be aware that we are unable to ‘predict’ when your order will arrive once Royal Mail has collected it from us. All Royal Mail orders are sent out by 1st-class delivery, so should arrive within a day or two.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days from despatch, please contact us.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding any holiday periods.
All orders that are sent via courier can be tracked, and a tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
In all cases, we reserve the right not to send out orders to certain locations without prior warning or consultation with the customer
We do not send to PO Box numbers.
Any payment made will be immediately refunded to the buyer in these cases.
