This powder is made from the best quality coconuts which are sun dried and then powdered to give a fine-grain powder, similar to a very fine-ground dessicated Coconut.
This ensures that the powder retains all the fresh flavour, aroma, smooth texture and pure white colour of the fresh Philippine coconuts.

Coconut Milk Powder can be used to enhance the flavour of soups, sauces, curries, seafood and vegetable dishes, cakes, biscuits, desserts and cocktails- much better than using ordinary dessicated Coconut.

Just mix in warm water to the powder and stir well.

to make 250ml of Coconut Milk liquid, you will need the following.

220ml WARM water
55g Coconut powder- fine dessication
STIR WELL
