Smoked Garlic dried granules- a gourmet delight.

These Garlic fine-cut granules are dried, then slowly smoked for a period of up to 8 hours.

This gives them a distinctive and unique smoky flavour that is ideal for adding to your dishes.

The quick drying process ensures that these granules are crisp and crunchy- many people eat them as they are, as a snack on their own, or added to other snacks.

Ideal for all cooking purposes, including stews, roasts, gravies, sauces, soups, breads, pizza’s etc.

Add to salads and cheese dishes.

The smoky aroma will enhance many dishes.
