They consist of Bell Peppers, that have been de-seeded.
These are finely chopped after drying, so they incorporates into your cooking pot very easily,
adding flavour and depth to your dishes.

We do sell 9mm chop version of both Red and Green bell Peppers as well as an ultra fine 2mm chop Green bell Pepper.

We also sell Green Bell Peppers and mixed (Red and Green) should you require these.
