This is grade A nettle root which is suitable for a range of products.

100% dried Nettle root

To make a refreshing herbal infusion:

Method.
Use 1 heaped tablespoon per cup required. (2g)
Place in pot.
Add boiling water.
Allow to infuse for 5 – 8 minutes.
Strain into a cup and enjoy

Best taken without milk or sugar.
