Cleansing tea infusion: A herbal blend to aid detox
This is The Spiceworks own Special Herbal blend of Mulberry leaf, Catnip, Skullcap, Fennel, Psyllium, Peppermint, Buckthorn, Elderflower and Yarrow.
Brewing:
Place 1 heaped Teaspoon full of Cleansing herbs into a pot.
Pour over 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir well and allow to infuse for 6-8 minutes.

Stir into a cup and enjoy.
You may add a sweetener if required- Honey, or why not try some our pure Palm Sugar?
