Cajun Blackening spice blend
A popular variation on our normal Cajun spice blend.
Ingredients: Paprika; Chilli powder; Garlic; Oregano; Thyme; Black Pepper; White Pepper; Onion; Citric Acid; Cumin; Salt.
Add to cooking pot as required or use as meat coating rub at 50g per 500g meat for frying, grilling, roasting, BBQ etc.
Perfect with Steak, Chicken & Salmon.
Delicious on Potato wedges & vegetables.
Ideal seasoning for tasty Fajita’s.
Try mixing with Olive oil to make a delicioius marinade for meat, or add Lemon juice to brush over fish before cooking.
