This has been used for many centuries as an aid to promoting an easy birth at the end of pregnancy & for encouraging labour.

Raspberry leaf tea is one of the most popular pregnancy herbal infusions, as it helps to relax, and has toning (astringent) properties.

Our herbal infusion is made from the Raspberry leaf and does not contain the fruit of the Raspberry.

No additives, no chemicals- just pure Raspberry leaf.

The Raspberry leaf is also becoming well known for their anti-oxidant qualities, and their power to fight free radicals.

Method.

Use 1 heaped tablespoon per cup required. (2g)

Place in pot.

Add boiling water.

Allow to infuse for 5 – 8 minutes.
Strain into a cup and enjoy
