Nettle leaf dried herb. TEABAGS

Ideal for making a pleasant herbal tea infusion.

Professionally dried English young Nettles.

Method:
Place 1 teabag per cup in a warm china teapot, add boiling water and allow to stand for 5/10 minutes.
Stir well and pour .. honey may be added to taste.
Note: you can substitute the Honey for Golden Syrup if you wish. Some people like it, others do not!
