Brewing:
Place 1 heaped Teaspoon full of Cleansing herbs into a pot.
Pour over 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir well and allow to infuse for 6-8 minutes.

Stir into a cup and enjoy.

You may add a sweetener if required- Honey, or why not try some our pure Palm Sugar?

This also makes a refreshing drink- hot or cold- for everyday use.
