Baking powder-Gluten free
This is an ideal baking powder for anyone who requires a completely gluten and wheat-free diet.
Our baking powder is produced using rice flour instead of wheat starch.
It offers excellent rising properties for use in baking, when yeast cannot be used.
Ingredients: rice flour, sodium acid pyrophosphate (E450), sodium bicarbonate (E500).
Use as for normal Baking powder recipes unless your recipe instructs you differently.
