Liven up your beans and lentil dishes and add character to fish, shellfish, sweet corn.
Also adds a little something extra toomild cheeses & , avocados.
In fact, you can experiment with almost any food and receive a pleasing result.
For cheese on toast, mix in a little with the grated cheese (or beaten egg if you use this method)- wonderful.
