The Spiceworks delivery information
Once your payments is received and cleared, your order will be despatched immediately.
Note: eCheque payments are exactly the same as ordinary cheque payments and take the same amount of time to clear through the bank.
All deliveries within the UK mainland are included in the price of the item.
We have a business mail collection at 3.00 pm each day Monday to Friday, and at 12.30pm Saturday.
Orders placed early in the day (before 11.00am weekdays and 9.30am Saturday) are guaranteed to be despatched the same day.
Orders for outside the UK will be charged the actual posting cost to their destination address.
We add no extra charges to non-UK deliveries- we only charge you what the item costs to send.
Returns
If you are not happy with your item for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund.
All returned items MUST be sent back to us by Recorded delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for items not returned this way should they get ‘lost in transit’ by the UK Post Office.
Any returned item/s must be in their original packaging, be undamaged and not used- if you ordered 1 Kilo and only returned 200g, then we will refund you the cost of the returned 200g only.
All refunds will be MINUS your return postal costs to us.
If you have a genuine complaint, but do not wish to return the item (due to postal costs involved), then we will be happy to discuss sending you a part replacement order of your choice to the same value- this will involve no cost to you and will be sent FREE with our compliments.

Delivery returns
As the majority of our items are sent out, either by courier, or Recorded Delivery, they will require a signature upon delivery.
Both the courier and the Post office will leave a card through the letterbox if you are out.
It is your responsibility to then contact the courier/ PO to arrange a redelivery or collection.
If the item is returned to us as undelivered/ uncollected, there will be an additional charge added to resend the item back out to you, as the cost of delivery is only built-in to the original items despatch.
When ordering items please ensure that someone will be in to sign for your order.
Overseas orders
Unless you elect to pay for insured/signed for mail we will NOT send out a replacement order should yours become 'lost in transit'.
We will reimburse you the cost of your order MINUS the actual postal costs to your location.
Please Note:
In certain countries, some herbs & spices are classed as 'illegal' and may be confiscated by the Customs department.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item/s which you buy for The Spiceworks are legal to be imported into your country.
If your item is confiscated and held by your Customs office as being in contravention of your country's laws, , then we will NOT reimburse you any payments for orders not received.
If we are charged any fees, we will pass that charge onto you for full payment.
