The following can be used, not only on Ham & Bacon, but also on Beef, Poultry & Venison.


We use professional Curing salts that are used by butchers here in the UK (we now supply many butchers ourselves with these items).
We offer a Saltpetre-free cure, which is easier and far safer to use.
